Spacetime
Slipping through the void, the pendulum shifting
Time and space, dust and red clay sifting
Through our fingers gently falling
Echoes of memories and past ghosts calling
Innocent feet running and hands holding
Dreams and dimensions circulating and folding
Like a cheap umbrella in the Windy City
Where vibrations murmur ancient ditties
Smile on the vintage Sun with cosmic rays
Beware of blunder fooled through wounded gaze
Dangerous invasions of parallel influence and folly
Skipping rope on the edge of flattened jolly
Luminescent sparkles in the darkening empty
Enlightening the consequence of having plenty
We hold the inertia in recess of hearts
Shopping the isles of beauty loaded in our carts.
Straight forward the manifold opens flat
Like a damp towel over our eyes whereat
We shiver motionless in the vacuum
Waiting for our tattered yearn to be weaved on the loom
Forget the weight of motionless gravity
Leaving behind cultivated brevity
Enter into noble air and light
